Job Duties
- prepare all food according to the menu under the direction of the executive chef
- ensure proper preparation, portioning, and serving of foods according to standardized recipes
- communicate frequently and professionally with other line cooks, chef, managers, and front of house team members
- adhere to all safety and sanitation standards
- ensure all food in refrigerator, freezer, and dry storage are labeled and dated
