Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years culinary experience
- ability to stand for 8 or more hours per day
- willingness to work flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
- knowledge of safe food handling procedures

Job Duties
- Prepare all hot and cold food items
- maintain kitchen sanitation according to health department guidelines

- refrigerate and serve cold food
- maintain safe food handling procedures at all times
