Job Requirements
- minimum of 2 years kitchen experience working on the hot line
- ability to execute dishes quickly and efficiently while maintaining high levels of sanitation, cleanliness and food safety
- ability to multi-task and maintain grace under fire and work well in a fast paced environment under additional layers of sanitary protections
- ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- ability to read tickets quickly and prioritize and time food accordingly
- high level of energy
- a sense of urgency when needed
- excellent teamwork and a positive attitude

Job Duties
- work in an exceptionally safe, clean and well executed kitchen
- set up and stock station
- learn the recipes, preparation techniques and plate presentation for the dishes in your station
- ensure all dishes are executed, held and served according to the chef's recipes and at the correct temperature
- clean and restock your station as necessary
- maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitation at all times
