Job Requirements

  • minimum of 2 years kitchen experience working on the hot line
  • ability to execute dishes quickly and efficiently while maintaining high levels of sanitation, cleanliness and food safety
  • ability to multi-task and maintain grace under fire and work well in a fast paced environment under additional layers of sanitary protections
  • ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • ability to read tickets quickly and prioritize and time food accordingly
  • high level of energy
  • a sense of urgency when needed
  • excellent teamwork and a positive attitude

Job Duties

  • work in an exceptionally safe, clean and well executed kitchen
  • set up and stock station
  • learn the recipes, preparation techniques and plate presentation for the dishes in your station
  • ensure all dishes are executed, held and served according to the chef's recipes and at the correct temperature
  • clean and restock your station as necessary
  • maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitation at all times
