Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- eligible to work in the United States
- able to lift up to 50 lbs up to 20 times per day
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- commitment to upholding food safety and cleanliness standards
- team-oriented attitude with a passion to succeed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ year of restaurant cooking experience preferred but not required
- ability to follow detailed recipes and cooking instructions
- previous experience in back of house kitchen operations or food preparation desirable
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Prepares food items consistently following recipe standards
- adheres to proper food handling and food safety guidelines
- maintains a safe and clean working environment
- assists in kitchen inventory and food prep as needed
- supports team members and demonstrates teamwork
- ensures quality control of food presented to guests
- complies with restaurant operational standards
