Job Requirements

  • Commitment to Touchmark’s values of excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Excellent attendance history
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with residents and team members

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive and professional attitude

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations
  • Ensure food is presented and plated attractively
  • Follow health and safety regulations in food handling
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily food production goals
  • Educate residents and staff about healthy food options
  • Assist with inventory and ordering of kitchen supplies
