Job Requirements
- Commitment to Touchmark’s values of excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Excellent attendance history
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with residents and team members
Job Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations
- Ensure food is presented and plated attractively
- Follow health and safety regulations in food handling
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily food production goals
- Educate residents and staff about healthy food options
- Assist with inventory and ordering of kitchen supplies
