Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a culinary or food preparation role
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow recipes and safety protocols accurately
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen work areas
- Assist in inventory management and receiving deliveries
- Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation
- Contribute to the creation of memorable guest dining experiences
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding food handling and workplace safety
