  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of two years' progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club/hotel, or cruise line environment is recommended
  • ServeSafe certification preferred

Job Duties

  • prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and workstations
  • ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
  • assist with inventory management and stock rotation
  • collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and timely food preparation
  • support culinary team in daily kitchen operations and special events
  • follow all health and safety regulations
