Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous line cooking experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- capacity to work standing for long periods
- strong attention to detail
- ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- willingness to learn and adapt in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- culinary degree or related hotel cooking experience preferred
- good communication skills
- ability to perform all basic cooking skills

Job Duties
- prepare and cook menu items according to recipe and quality standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen work station
- assist in receiving and storing food deliveries

- manage single cooking station effectively
- communicate clearly with kitchen and service staff
