Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous line cooking experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • capacity to work standing for long periods
  • strong attention to detail
  • ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
  • willingness to learn and adapt in a team environment

Job Qualifications

  • culinary degree or related hotel cooking experience preferred
  • good communication skills
  • ability to perform all basic cooking skills
  • experience working the line in a kitchen

Job Duties

  • prepare and cook menu items according to recipe and quality standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen work station
  • assist in receiving and storing food deliveries
  • ensure food safety and sanitation standards are adhered to
  • collaborate with team members to provide efficient kitchen service
  • manage single cooking station effectively
  • communicate clearly with kitchen and service staff
