Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED required
  • culinary diploma preferred but not required
  • prior kitchen experience in polished casual or fine dining preferred but not required
  • ServSafe sanitation certification preferred but not required
  • prior experience as cook, chef, line cook, grill cook, fry cook, prep cook, BOH or other back of house roles highly desirable

Job Duties

  • prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen

  • assist in inventory management and stock rotation
  • collaborate with team members to ensure timely service
  • support continuous learning and skill development
  • participate in maintaining a positive and efficient work environment
