Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently cook hot food products
- prepare and portion food products prior to cooking
- plate and garnish cooked items according to standards
- maintain clean and organized work station before, during, and after service
- assist sous chefs in ordering and writing prep lists
- identify product quality and freshness
- perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
