Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipe and presentation standards
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work stations and equipment
  • adhere to safety and health regulations
  • manage time efficiently to ensure timely meal preparation
  • collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to deliver excellent guest service
  • monitor inventory and report shortages
  • participate in ongoing training programs
