Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipe and presentation standards
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work stations and equipment
- adhere to safety and health regulations
- manage time efficiently to ensure timely meal preparation
- collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to deliver excellent guest service
- monitor inventory and report shortages
- participate in ongoing training programs
