Job Requirements
- Must be 17 or older
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients
- Ability to adhere strictly to health and safety protocols
- Reliable transportation to and from work
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cooking experience in a restaurant or commercial kitchen environment beneficial

Job Duties
- Preparing food items including cutting, sauteing, broiling, frying, and cooking meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, and salads
- Adhering to safe food handling and cleanliness rules
- Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization
- Ensuring food quality and presentation standards are met
- Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation
- Managing kitchen inventory and supplies as needed
- Assisting with food safety compliance and inspections
