Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Availability to work Wednesday through Sunday nights from 4 PM to close
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform repetitive bending twisting and reaching
- Willingness to work in varying temperature conditions including heat and cold
- Ability to safely use kitchen equipment and follow cleaning protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and presentation standards
- Positive attitude with enthusiasm for cooking and customer service
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Duties
- Cross-training and working in multiple kitchen stations including salads fry grill and expo
- Preparing menu items following build guides and recipes
- Ensuring a clean and sanitary kitchen environment
- Fostering a team-oriented and friendly kitchen atmosphere
- Attending to special requests and maintaining guest satisfaction
- Operating standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintaining safety and sanitation protocols at the workstation
