Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Availability to work Wednesday through Sunday nights from 4 PM to close
Ability to stand and walk for long periods
Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Ability to perform repetitive bending twisting and reaching
Willingness to work in varying temperature conditions including heat and cold
Ability to safely use kitchen equipment and follow cleaning protocols

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow detailed recipes and presentation standards
Positive attitude with enthusiasm for cooking and customer service
Reliable and punctual work ethic

Job Duties

Cross-training and working in multiple kitchen stations including salads fry grill and expo
Preparing menu items following build guides and recipes
Ensuring a clean and sanitary kitchen environment
Fostering a team-oriented and friendly kitchen atmosphere
Attending to special requests and maintaining guest satisfaction
Operating standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Maintaining safety and sanitation protocols at the workstation
