Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
  • commitment to food safety and cleanliness practices

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation environment is an advantage
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to follow recipes and food preparation instructions accurately
  • strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • good teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties

  • following established food safety guidelines, recipes, standards, and procedures
  • maintaining a clean and food-safe environment
  • passionately preparing, portioning, and/or cooking food items according to quality specifications
  • assessing ingredients and items for freshness and quality, rotating product appropriately
  • being a team player
