high school diploma or equivalent
ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
commitment to food safety and cleanliness practices

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation environment is an advantage
knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
ability to follow recipes and food preparation instructions accurately
strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
good teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties

following established food safety guidelines, recipes, standards, and procedures
maintaining a clean and food-safe environment
passionately preparing, portioning, and/or cooking food items according to quality specifications
assessing ingredients and items for freshness and quality, rotating product appropriately
being a team player
