Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a fine dining kitchen is required
  • steakhouse experience is strongly preferred
  • solid knife skills and knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques
  • team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • culinary school education is a plus but not required
