Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a fine dining kitchen is required
- steakhouse experience is strongly preferred
- solid knife skills and knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques
- team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- culinary school education is a plus but not required
