Job Duties

  • Process orders quickly, accurately, and efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness of food preparation equipment and work areas
  • Organize, load, and unload inventory
  • Prepare food for customers and maintain food levels for shifts
  • Ensure proper storage and inventory management of ingredients
  • Fry, bake, or microwave meats and poultry as required
  • Cut, carve, assemble, measure, and mix ingredients for dishes
  • Clean and maintain all equipment and wares used
  • Follow food safety and HACCP processes
  • Communicate daily with upper management
  • Monitor quality and cleanliness of food and store environment
  • Create a positive work environment
  • Complete additional duties assigned by supervisor
  • Wash large restaurant pots and pans
  • Empty trash bins in dumpster
