Job Duties
- Prep ingredients for cook stations
- cook and plate menu items according to Andaz Napa standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
- adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- assist with inventory control and supply management
- collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely order completion
- communicate effectively with team members and management
