Job Requirements

  • Must take and pass all required training courses and assessments
  • Prepare all food items to order following standard recipes and procedures within specified time limits
  • Communicate with team members and leadership regarding order status and product availability
  • Wash and clean raw food products
  • Use the entire timed cycle on fryers consistently
  • Perform proper maintenance, filtering, and usage of fryers
  • Follow QR's and Jolt system processes
  • Rotate product according to First In, First Out to maintain shelf-life standards
  • Log and discard products not used by end of shift on the use-by date
  • Keep par stocks at proper levels and adjust production as necessary to minimize waste
  • Perform routine, repetitive tasks under leadership direction
  • Clean work area, equipment, utensils, dishes, and silverware
  • Ensure proper disposal of food waste
  • Maintain food production, handling, cooking, housekeeping, sanitation, and safety standards
  • Assist in training new and part-time personnel
  • Clean food preparation and production areas as required
  • Show flexibility in schedule and fill in as needed for smooth restaurant operation
  • Maintain a high level of personal cleanliness
  • Be a team player and assist fellow team members
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Must have or be willing to obtain Food Handlers Certification
  • Understand and follow OSHA and HACCP compliance standards
  • 1-2 years experience in a like or similar position
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience in a like or similar position
  • Ability to take and pass all required training courses and assessments
  • Understanding of standard recipes and food preparation procedures
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards including OSHA and HACCP
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with team and leadership
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety regulations
  • Willingness to work as part of a team
  • Ability to follow established processes such as QR's and Jolt system
  • Flexibility with schedule and work assignments
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Food Handlers Certification or willingness to obtain
