Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and portion standards

- Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen
- Follow all health and safety regulations strictly
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure smooth service
- Manage inventory and properly store ingredients
- Assist with training new kitchen staff as needed
