Job Requirements
- minimum of 1 year cooking experience in a fast-paced full-service restaurant
- passion for excellence superior service standards and a positive attitude
- open availability including nights weekends and holidays
- ability to stand walk and move throughout the shift including frequent bending lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds and stooping
- ability to remain positive and productive in a potentially hot or cold work environment

Job Duties
- set up and stock station with all necessary supplies ensuring proper inventory control
- cook and prepare menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff according to the Hogsalt Recipe Index ensuring food quality and time standards are always met
- maintain a high level of communication understand the verbiage for call backs of menu items and keep lines of dialogue open and relevant to service
- answer report to and follow instructions and direction from Sous Chef Executive Chef or other leadership
- properly clean and break down station at the end of service ensuring all food handling and food storage standards are met
- ensure that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations at all times
- maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers leadership vendors and guests
