Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines
- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and food preparation
- Must pass health and sanitation inspection

Job Duties
- Prepares high quality food items to order
- Follows recipes and presentation guidelines
- Ensures proper food safety and sanitation standards
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
- Collaborates with kitchen team to meet service demands
- Monitors food stock and notifies management of shortages
- Assists in receiving and storing deliveries
