Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
at least one year of relevant kitchen experience
understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
excellent communication skills
physical ability to stand and work for extended periods
capacity to work well in a team environment

Job Qualifications

at least two years of food preparation and cooking experience
current ServSafe certification (food handler and allergen)
teamwork and collaboration skills
excellent professional references
ability to work gracefully and quickly under pressure
passion for preparing and cooking delicious meals
willingness to listen to constructive feedback and apply it
knowledge of Department of Health sanitary guidelines

Job Duties

quickly and efficiently preparing food orders with pride
follow established recipes and presentation standards
maintain clean and sanitary kitchen areas to promote a safe and enjoyable member experience
assist with periodic catering events
assist with daily food prep work
