Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of cook-to-order experience
  • Must be able to work some weekends and holidays
  • Be able to lift and or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures, from hot kitchens to cold refrigerators and freezers
  • Commitment to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Ability to follow directions and work efficiently under supervision
  • Availability during scheduled shift times

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of cook-to-order experience
  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
  • Strong attention to detail in food preparation and presentation
  • Good communication skills to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Consistently prepare all meals and menu items following proper safety and cooking techniques
  • Ensure accurate portioning, plating, temperature, and presentation of meals
  • Utilize culinary skills to create high-quality dishes that enhance resident satisfaction
  • Keep the kitchen and workstation clean and sanitized at all times
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and dining staff to maintain efficient service
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations
  • Manage inventory and report any shortages or equipment issues
