- ability to work late night shifts potentially until between 12 am and 3 am
- assigned scheduled shifts availability
- valid food handling certificate
- fluent in English speaking, reading, and writing
- attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
- ability to transport up to 30 pounds
- ability to remain stationary for up to 4 hours
- effective communication skills

Job Duties

- report to work on time and prepared for the shift
- follow all image and appearance standards
- monitor product supply and replenish stock when necessary
- read order tickets or listen to dishes called to determine items to prepare
- prioritize cooking and preparation times to ensure proper pacing of guest meals
- accommodate guests' special requests
- prepare food items using recipe, proper portioning, and cooking standards
- use FIFO procedures to ensure freshness of products and eliminate waste
- maintain high production standards including consistency, firmness, and temperature of food
- ensure food is cooked to standards and guests' specifications
- ensure proper plate presentation, portioning, and recipe adherence
- use proper cooking equipment to prepare food items and complete food orders
- clean station floors, counters, tools, cutting boards, and preparation surfaces using proper cleaning solutions
- assist other employees as needed
- demonstrate a helpful and positive attitude to guests and employees
- understand and adhere to all safety, sanitation, and administrative procedures
- provide complete and timely communication to other employees
- conduct weekly maintenance duties
- complete assigned tasks and duties requested by managers
