Job Requirements
- Full-time or part-time flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Minimum 1 year of full-service restaurant kitchen cook experience
- State Food Handler's Certification
- Internal candidates must be in good standing without performance issues for at least 1 year
- Ability to work shifts from 7 a.m. to 2 a.m. that may fluctuate
Job Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Culinary, Hospitality, Management, or Business preferred
- Proven track record of adhering to recipe standards
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced kitchen setting
- Passion for working with fresh, high-quality ingredients
- Demonstrated excellent knife skills
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities
