- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of two years' progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club/hotel, or cruise line environment is recommended
- ServeSafe certification preferred

Job Duties
- prepare ingredients for cooking and assembling dishes
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen work areas
- follow established recipes and safety guidelines
- assist in menu development and seasonal menu updates
- ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards
- collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure efficient service
- manage inventory and report supply needs
