Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
minimum of one year of experience in a culinary or food service role
ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen duties
compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
eligibility to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role
knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen
strong multitasking and time management skills
excellent communication and teamwork abilities
high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and high volume demands
maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient food service
monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to management
adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
