Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of one year of experience in a culinary or food service role
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen duties
- compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen
- strong multitasking and time management skills

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and high volume demands
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient food service
- monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to management
- adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
