Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of culinary experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capability to lift heavy items and perform physical kitchen tasks
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and established standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and quality service
- Ensure proper portion control and minimize waste
- Support training of new kitchen staff as needed
