Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of culinary experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Capability to lift heavy items and perform physical kitchen tasks
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes and established standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and quality service
  • Ensure proper portion control and minimize waste
  • Support training of new kitchen staff as needed
