Job Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas

Job Qualifications

  • Prior cooking experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Prepare food in accordance with working menus recipe cards and photos
  • Ensure the special of the day is completed in a timely fashion
  • Maintain work areas clean and organized
  • Monitor the presentation and portioning of food according to standards
  • Monitor the quality and consistency of all food served from the lines
  • Display knowledge in sanitation and sanitary food handling
  • Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor to include cross training
