Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of related experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and portion control
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to maintain a safe work environment and adhere to OSHA guidelines

Job Duties
- Station ready to work at scheduled time and in proper uniform
- Maintain a brisk and steady pace while working in an organized manner
- Adhere 100 percent to recipe knowledge when prepping or assisting with production
- Use scales, measuring spoons, recipe cards and perform portion control tests
- Maintain cleanliness and keep kitchen equipment in like-new condition
- Complete assigned work efficiently and maintain high productivity
- Practice good organization skills and stock supplies before rush periods
