Job Requirements

Prior cooking experience in roles such as line chef or prep cook
Pastry experience preferred
Ability to communicate strongly and effectively

Job Duties

Assist in food preparation process, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, etc.
Enforce and adhere to food and safety standards in accordance with local law
Assist Head Chef, Sous Chef, and Pastry Chef in assembling dishes to be served
Clean up after business hours
Ensure that workstations remain clean and sanitary throughout the day and at the end of operating hours
Maintain proper stocking of necessary ingredients and other cooking tools
