Job Duties
- prepare made-from-scratch food items according to Texas Roadhouse recipes
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and workstations
- work collaboratively with team members during busy service times
- ensure proper plate presentation and portion control
- follow all safety and hygiene protocols
- learn and apply company cooking standards and procedures
- assist in managing food inventory and stock as needed
