Job Requirements

  • Must be 17 years or older
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • Must comply with food safety and cleanliness regulations
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Must follow company policies and procedures
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous kitchen or cooking experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic knife handling and cooking skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare food by cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, and salads
  • Adhere to safe food handling and cleanliness rules
  • Maintain kitchen and work area cleanliness and organization
  • Ensure food quality and presentation meet Red Robin standards
  • Assist with inventory and ingredient management
  • Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely meal preparation
  • Follow health and safety regulations
