Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
prior kitchen experience preferred
knowledge of food safety and sanitation
ability to stand for extended periods
willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

prior experience in a similar kitchen or food preparation role preferred
knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation standards
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong attention to detail
excellent communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

following established food safety guidelines, recipes, standards, and procedures
maintaining a clean and food-safe environment
passionately preparing, portioning, and/or cooking food items according to quality specifications
assessing ingredients and items for freshness and quality, rotating product appropriately
being a team player
