- previous experience in a pantry or line cook position
- knowledge of basic culinary techniques, food safety, and sanitation practices
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to stand for extended periods of time
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and evenings

- ability to work in a hot and busy kitchen environment
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- ability to follow recipes and execute consistent plating standards
- must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification preferred
Job Duties
- prepare and plate cold appetizers, salads, and desserts in the pantry station
- assist in cooking and plating hot dishes on the line as needed
- ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency align with club standards
- follow recipes and portion control guidelines
- assist with kitchen prep work, including chopping vegetables, preparing dressings, and assembling ingredients and equipment before cooking
- operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including storage areas
- properly label, date, and store food items according to safety regulations
- adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team members
- assist with inventory management and report shortages to supervisors
- perform other duties as assigned by supervisors within the scope of the position
