Job Duties
- Set up and maintain stocked workstation throughout shift
- Assist in stocking and cleaning the entire line throughout the shift
- Operate a variety of kitchen equipment and tools
- Complete daily prep tasks assigned
- Read tickets to determine what and when items need to be prepared
- Prepare recipes by following strict guidelines and portioning techniques
- Promptly prepare food within company time standards
