Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- must be able to read and communicate in English clearly and effectively
- must have ability to lift pots, pans, products, and other items weighing up to 50 pounds frequently
- must demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to guest satisfaction
- must have a valid health card or equivalent
- must be able to perform simple math calculations and understand units and measures
- must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for the duration of a scheduled shift
- must have the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- must have the ability to lift, stoop, and bend
- must exhibit hand coordination and dexterity for rapid production

Job Duties
- Follow all company policies outlined in the Employee Handbook and Line Cook Training Manual
- maintain a positive attendance record by arriving early, managing shift replacements appropriately, and adhering to time off policies
- comply with all sanitation and safety standards and maintain a 90% or better score on audits
- meet uniform, appearance, and grooming standards
- uphold guest service philosophy by maintaining low customer complaint ratios
- know all menu items in detail and communicate specials and ingredient information clearly
- determine daily par levels and prepare accurate prep lists with minimal waste
- communicate orders and needs to station cooks with 100% accuracy
- prepare and verify menu items according to quality standards consistently
- communicate with server or expediter when orders are ready promptly
- follow receiving and storage procedures for food orders
- complete meal service for assigned tables within one hour
- perform side work as specified
- follow end-of-shift checkout procedures with full accuracy
- assist team members with station duties and side work when possible
