Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • 6 months or more of line cook experience preferred
  • must be able to work part-time with availability on Fridays and Saturdays
  • able to stand for prolonged periods
  • ability to lift, carry, and place up to 40 pounds
  • reliable and punctual
  • capable of following food safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • must be able to lift up to 40lbs
  • must be able to lift, carry, and place up to 40 pounds at a time

Job Duties

  • sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies
  • prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces
  • cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards
  • maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage
  • cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift
  • performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs
  • exceptional communication skills - the ability to communicate clearly with the chefs or highest management on the line
  • other duties as assigned
