Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One plus years of high volume culinary or hospitality experience
  • Current food handler's card and other certification as required by federal, state, or local law
  • Basic knowledge of food and restaurant service skills
  • Strong communications skills
  • Willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
  • Capacity to bend, stoop, and kneel frequently
  • Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
  • Ability to maneuver kitchen equipment such as hand carts, blenders, knives, and slicers
  • Availability for scheduled shifts determined by business needs

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum one year of high volume culinary or hospitality experience
  • Current food handler's card and required certifications as per federal, state, and local laws
  • Basic knowledge of food and restaurant service skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Create a relaxed destination by actively participating in a team environment and demonstrating genuine hospitality and team player skills
  • Set the course by possessing complete knowledge and ensuring timely execution of all food menus and recipes, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation
  • Build the perfect oasis by delivering an exceptional guest experience through consistently preparing high-quality menu items ordered by the guest
  • Support your crew by ensuring safety, cleanliness, and sanitation of the kitchen by maintaining specified agency standards
  • Perform all duties necessary to support the business and maintain operational efficiency
