Job Requirements
- Minimum of three years' experience as a lead cook in high-volume kitchens
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays
- Food safety or food handler certification
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Ensure food quality and safety by adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness during shifts
- Manage inventory and report any shortages or issues to management
- Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with residents, family members, visitors, and fellow team members
