Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of two years' progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club/hotel, or cruise line environment
- serveSafe certification (preferred)
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- ability to follow standardized recipes and presentation standards
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- preferably ServeSafe certification
Job Duties
- prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- ensure food quality and presentation meet Acts' culinary standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work stations
- adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- assist in inventory management and restocking
- collaborate with team members to provide a smooth kitchen operation
- support dietary needs and special requests in meal preparation
