Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role is preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions accurately
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Follow established food safety guidelines, recipes, standards and procedures
  • Maintain a clean and food-safe environment
  • Passionately prepare, portion, and cook food items to quality specifications
  • Assess ingredients and items for freshness and quality, rotating product appropriately
  • Ensure proper use of safety equipment and tools during food preparation
