Job Duties
- Follow established food safety guidelines, recipes, standards and procedures
- Maintain a clean and food-safe environment
- Passionately prepare, portion, and cook food items to quality specifications
- Assess ingredients and items for freshness and quality, rotating product appropriately
- Ensure proper use of safety equipment and tools during food preparation
