Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience working as a line cook or in a similar culinary role
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Reliable transportation to arrive on time
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
  • Strong physical stamina and endurance
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience as a line cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Culinary training or certification is a plus but not required

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to quality standards
  • Ensure timely plating and presentation of dishes
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen stations
  • Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
  • Support the head chef in executing menu changes and specials
