Job Requirements

- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Maintain positive and professional attitude with residents and team members
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately in a noisy environment
- Knowledge of WISHA and Spokane County Health regulations
- Willingness to work in an environment with elderly adults
- Ability to get along with team members and express a positive attitude and sense of humor

Job Duties
- Prepare breakfast and lunch meals according to Gold Standard recipes and presentation guidelines
- Ensure cleanliness and safety standards in food preparation areas
- Educate residents and team members about healthy food options
- Collaborate with kitchen and dining staff to maintain service excellence
- Manage time efficiently to meet meal service schedules
- Adhere to WISHA and Spokane County Health regulations
- Maintain positive interactions with residents and team members
