Job Requirements

  • Must be 17 years or older
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Capable of standing for long periods and performing physical tasks

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare food by cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meals including meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients
  • Adhere to safe food handling and cleanliness rules
  • Ensure quality and consistency of food served
  • Maintain workstation cleanliness and organization
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to meet guest demand efficiently
  • Monitor food inventory and report shortages
  • Support team members during high volume periods
