Job Requirements

  • must be at least 17 years old
  • ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • prepare food including cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meals
  • adhere to safe food handling and cleanliness rules
  • maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • prepare meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients
  • ensure food quality and consistency according to Red Robin standards
  • collaborate with team members to support kitchen operations
  • follow recipes and portion control guidelines
