Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a line cook position preferred

  • Willingness to comply with opening, running, and closing tasks

Job Duties

  • Communicates with Kitchen Manager or management team on any food related issues
  • Well versed in preparing food items while constantly adhering to recipe standards
  • Works directly with team members to ensure all guest requests are accommodated
  • Follow recipes
  • upholds specs and perfect presentation of every dish
  • Proper food handling and sanitation of work areas
  • Ensures compliance with food handling requirements
  • Supports other stations and areas of the HOH as needed
  • Maintains neat and organized work areas
  • Accomplished all opening, running and end of shift side work
  • including ensuring work areas are stocked and ready for the next shift
