Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a food preparation role
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Physical stamina to work in hot and wet conditions
  • Ability to adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Flexible availability including holidays and weekends
  • Compliance with food safety certification
  • Willingness to work as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a high-volume culinary setting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
  • Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
  • Capability to lift and carry weights over 35 pounds
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Safe food handler certification
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience working multiple stations is a plus

Job Duties

  • Prepare food according to menu specifications
  • Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards at the station
  • Work efficiently to ensure timely food delivery
  • Manage inventory restocking
  • Comply with health and safety regulations
  • Assist in training new kitchen staff
  • Communicate effectively with management
