Job Requirements

Minimum age of 18 years
Ability to stand for up to 4 hours at a time
Capable of walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Must obtain and present Food Handler Card within required time frame
Availability for full-time or part-time work
Physically fit for kitchen work
Commitment to food safety and quality standards

Job Qualifications

Previous cooking experience in a fast-casual restaurant is a plus
Ability to stand for prolonged periods
Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
Ability to obtain State or County mandated Food Handler Card
Strong willingness to learn and adapt
Good teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties

Prepare farm fresh menu items to high standards and specifications
Ensure food safety and sanitation compliance
Portion, size, package, and plate menu items accurately
Contribute to achieving speed of service goals
Stand, walk, bend, and lift items as required during shifts
Participate in hands-on training and complete online courses
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
