Job Qualifications
- 2 years of work or related experience preferred
- able to work flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Station ready to work at scheduled time and in proper uniform
- maintain brisk and steady pace without unnecessary steps
- have 100 percent recipe knowledge when prepping or assisting with production
- use scales, measuring spoons, recipe cards and perform portion control tests
- maintain kitchen and equipment cleanliness practicing clean as you go
- measure productivity by quality and quantity of work completed in specific time
- organize supplies and stock before rush
- work effectively as a team member
